Thank you for using GPSArtify!
These Terms of Use apply to your use of GPSArtify’s services for individuals, along with any associated software applications, websites, subdomains, and beta or experimental features (all together, “Services”), including gpsartify.com, app.gpsartify.com and tracking.gpsartify.com. These Terms form an agreement between you and Multipolar Transport Kft., and they include our Service Terms and other important provisions. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Please read our General Terms and Conditions carefully, as by registering, subscribing any of our products, or using any of our product, services or placing your order, you accept the terms described in this document. Please also read our Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy, including how we process route, activity, and tracking-related data.
Acknowledgement of Risks: By using our GPS art generator app (app.gpsartify.com), the tracking.gpsartify.com subdomain, or any related beta or experimental feature, you acknowledge that outdoor activities such as running, walking, cycling, hiking, driving to a route start, and similar location-based activities involve inherent risks. While our app provides creative route suggestions, tools to plan routes, and tracking-related features, it does not eliminate these risks.
User’s Responsibility for Safety: You, as the user, are solely responsible for your own safety while planning, following, recording, sharing, or otherwise using any routes suggested by our app, created using our tools, or recorded or displayed through tracking-related features. This includes, but is not limited to, planning a safe route, assessing the suitability of routes, deciding whether to start, continue, change, or stop an activity, considering weather conditions, terrain, traffic, legality, land-access restrictions, private property boundaries, and any other potential hazards.
No Liability for Incidents: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Multipolar Transport Kft and gpsartify.com are not liable for any incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of following route suggestions from our web application, routes planned with our tool, or using tracking-related features or data. Our service is provided ‘as is’, without any implied warranties or guarantees of safety.
Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for adhering to all local laws and regulations, including traffic laws, public access restrictions, land-use rules, signage, official instructions, and private property restrictions, while planning routes, recording activities, or using routes suggested by our app.
Personal Preparedness: Ensure that you are physically fit and adequately equipped for the activities you undertake based on our app’s suggestions or tracking-related use. This includes having the necessary gear, water, visibility equipment, communications devices, battery charge, and any other appropriate equipment, especially in remote or unfamiliar areas.
Emergency Situations: Be prepared to handle emergencies autonomously. Our app does not provide rescue, dispatch, emergency-alert, or safety-monitoring services. Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and have a plan for seeking help if necessary.
Route Verification: Before embarking on any route, whether suggested by our app or planned using our tools, verify its current condition and accessibility. Our app’s route suggestions, planning tools, map displays, and tracking-related features rely on available data, which may not reflect real-time changes in the environment.
Not Navigation or Safety Guidance: GPSArtify, including GPSArtify Tracking, is provided for creative, informational, and personal-use purposes only. It is not a navigation service, safety device, rescue service, dispatch service, emergency-alert system, or substitute for your own judgment, official signage, local instructions, or common sense.
Tracking Limitations and Beta Risks: Tracking features, especially beta, preview, test, or experimental features, may contain bugs, interruptions, inaccuracies, delayed updates, missing route segments, failed uploads, duplicate recordings, GPS drift, battery drain, map-matching errors, sync failures, or data loss. Accuracy may be affected by your device, browser, operating system, permissions, battery status, network availability, GPS signal quality, weather, terrain, buildings, tunnels, trees, and third-party services.
No Monitoring or Duty to Intervene: We do not monitor users in real time and do not undertake any duty to review where you are, whether you have stopped moving, whether you appear to be in danger, or whether you have deviated from a route. We do not undertake any duty to warn you, notify other people, dispatch assistance, contact emergency services, or intervene in any incident.
By using gpsartify.com, app.gpsartify.com, tracking.gpsartify.com, or any related GPSArtify feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You acknowledge that you are assuming all responsibility for your safety, your route and activity choices, and the consequences of using our web application and any tracking-related feature.

Plain English Version
The routes provided by our web application, whether suggested by us or planned by you using our tools, are intended as suggestions only. We are not responsible for your safety while planning or following these routes. If you encounter any issues, inaccuracies, or safety concerns with the GPS routes suggested or planned using our web application, please remember: we are not responsible for them. Our service is provided ‘as is’ with no warranties. The GPS routes provided by our web application—including both suggestions from us and routes you plan using our tools—are for your personal use and enjoyment and should be used at your own risk. Remember: these are not precise guidance for navigation or safety. Users of our web app are fully responsible for any use of our route suggestions and planning tools, and must check the routes for all safety and legal reasons before embarking on them.
The routes and suggestions provided by our GPS route generator app—including both those suggested by us and those planned by you using our tools—are provided ‘as is’. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property, or any other violation of rights. Furthermore, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the safety, accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the GPS routes generated or planned using this app, or otherwise relating to such routes or any activities linked to these routes.
Our GPS route generator app—including both automated route suggestions and routes you plan using our tools—has been created for creative and entertainment purposes. While we base our services on algorithms and data we believe to be reliable, we do not warrant or guarantee the safety, completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the routes provided or planned. Routes are generated or planned through automated processes and user input, and while we strive for safety, we cannot supervise every output or user-planned route; therefore, errors, inaccuracies, or problems might occur. Be aware of this.
Any potential risks, inconveniences, injuries, or damages incurred while following GPS routes generated by our app or planned by you using our tools are your responsibility. Use the routes and suggestions provided by our app, as well as any routes you plan using our tools, at your own risk.
The same applies to any Tracking Services or related activity displays. GPSArtify Tracking and related features are not navigation tools, not safety tools, and not emergency or rescue services. Displaying, recording, exporting, or sharing a route, path, or location does not mean that the route or location has been reviewed, approved, monitored, or deemed safe, legal, or accessible by us.
We do not warrant that any Tracking Services or related data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, saved, synced, or available in real time. Tracking and route data may be affected by your device, operating system, browser, permissions, battery level, GPS signal, network availability, map data, weather, terrain, buildings, trees, tunnels, and third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we (Multipolar Transport Kft and gpsartify.com) be liable for any damages—including, without limitation, damages or injuries resulting from following route suggestions or routes planned by you using our tools, using Tracking Services, relying on route displays or activity records, inaccuracies in generated or planned routes, misinterpreted data, delayed or incomplete tracking information, or device, network, or third-party failures—arising out of the use or inability to use the routes or materials provided by our web application. This includes, but is not limited to, the routes being dangerous, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for the intended activity. The routes—whether suggested by our application or planned by you using our tools—are generated based on available data and user input, which may not always reflect current or accurate conditions of the paths, roads, or areas suggested or planned. Even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage, our liability is limited. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
When you use our tools to plan routes based on your own input, you are solely responsible for the accuracy, safety, and legality of the information you provide and the routes you plan. Multipolar Transport Kft and gpsartify.com do not verify or endorse any user-generated content or routes. We are not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, safety, or suitability of any routes planned based on your input. You must ensure that all information you input is accurate, and that any routes you plan are safe, lawful, and appropriate for your intended activity.
You are also solely responsible for deciding whether any recorded route, tracked path, live or delayed location display, exported route, or shared activity is safe, lawful, appropriate, or accurate enough for your intended use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The materials and route suggestions provided by our web application may include errors. We do not warrant that any of the routes, tracking data, activity displays, or materials provided by our application are safe, accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the algorithms, routes, tracking features, and beta features offered by our application at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to remove any user from our subscription list or service access if we reasonably believe that the user has breached these Terms, created risk for other users, engaged in abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, or conduct that threatens platform integrity or our rights. We may provide an explanation for such removal where appropriate, but are not obligated to do so in every case.
It is solely the user’s responsibility to assess and verify the safety, practicality, and legality of any routes before embarking on them—including those suggested by our app, those planned by you using our tools, and those displayed, recorded, exported, or shared through our Tracking Services. Users should consider local conditions, weather, traffic, construction, land access, property restrictions, and any other factors that may impact the safety or accessibility of the route. When planning routes using our tools, you must ensure that all information you input is accurate and that the routes are safe and appropriate for your intended activity. Users are also responsible for ensuring their own safety while following a route, which includes adhering to traffic laws, wearing appropriate safety gear, being mindful of surroundings, and stopping or changing course whenever conditions become unsafe or unlawful. By using the services of our web application, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand the risks involved in outdoor activities. Users agree to take full responsibility for their actions while using the route suggestions provided by our application.
We reserve the right to remove any user from our subscription list or service access if we reasonably believe that the user has breached these Terms, created legal, security, or safety risk, engaged in abuse or fraud, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the Services.
Users of our web application are fully responsible for their use of the service, including but not limited to the following areas:
Changes in Terrain and Accessibility: Users must stay informed about current conditions, as routes may pass through areas where terrain can change due to weather, construction, or other factors. The application does not monitor these changes in real-time.
Private Property and Restricted Areas: Users must ensure they do not inadvertently trespass on private property, restricted areas, or areas where public access is not allowed.
Inaccuracies in Mapping Data: Users should be aware of the possibility of errors in the mapping data when following suggested routes or planning their own routes. Our application relies on existing mapping data, which may not always be accurate or up-to-date.
Network and GPS Reliability: Users should be aware that the performance of the application, including the accuracy of suggested routes, the functionality of route planning tools, and the operation of Tracking Services, depends on network connectivity, device configuration, permissions, and GPS signal, which may be unreliable in some areas or under certain conditions.
Physical Fitness and Health Risks: Before following any suggested routes, users should assess their physical fitness and health risks, and consult with healthcare professionals if necessary.
Emergency Situations: Users should be prepared to handle emergencies that may arise and have a plan for contacting emergency services if necessary. The application does not provide emergency, rescue, or monitoring services.
Compliance with Local Laws: Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations, including traffic laws and public access laws. This includes ensuring that any routes planned using our tools do not traverse areas where access is restricted or prohibited.
Weather Conditions: Users should check the weather forecast and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions that may affect the safety and accessibility of routes.
Wildlife and Environmental Hazards: Users should be aware of and take appropriate precautions for wildlife encounters or environmental hazards such as slippery trails, steep drops, or rocky terrain.
Personal Safety and Security: Users are advised to consider personal safety and security, especially in unfamiliar or isolated areas, and inform someone about their plans and expected return time.
User Input Accuracy and Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide when planning routes using our tools. They must ensure that their input does not lead to unsafe or illegal routes and must verify that their planned routes are appropriate for their intended activities.
Additional responsibilities: Users who utilize our route planning tools are solely responsible for the routes they create. They must ensure that all information entered is accurate and that the planned routes are safe, legal, and appropriate for their intended activities. We do not verify or endorse user-planned routes and are not liable for any issues arising from them.
Tracking Decisions and Route Choice: Users remain fully responsible for deciding where to go, whether to continue, whether to deviate from any suggested or planned route, and whether any path, road, crossing, bridge, underpass, trail, park, or other area is safe, lawful, open, and appropriate.
Device, Battery, and Permission Settings: Users are responsible for configuring their phone, browser, operating system, permissions, and battery settings properly when using Tracking Services. Tracking may fail or stop if these settings or dependencies are inadequate.
No Monitoring or Rescue Expectation: Users must not assume that anyone is monitoring their location or activity in real time. Recording or sharing a route or location does not create any duty on our part to review, warn, contact anyone, or intervene.
Sharing and Privacy Risks: Users who share routes, screenshots, exports, activity pages, or links are solely responsible for what they share and for any consequences, including revealing their home, workplace, habits, location history, or real-time or delayed movements.
By using the services of our web application, users acknowledge and agree to these terms. Users understand the risks involved in outdoor activities and agree to take full responsibility for their actions while using the route suggestions provided by our application and routes they plan using our tools.
We may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
